The Iomega Driver is written to a hidden area of all Bernoulli disks when they are initialized. Whenever you upgrade your Iomega Software you need to update all of your Bernoulli disks with the new version of the Driver. This will not affect any files on the disk.
If it is not practical to update a disk, make sure the disk is not inserted in the drive while the Macintosh is starting.
